Confidentiality:
The contractor shall treat all business operations and internal information of the client as strictly confidential.

Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable immediately upon receipt. Partial deliveries from all project contracts may be invoiced to the client monthly.

Corrections:
Corrections and changes, provided they do not exceed 10% of the pure development costs, are included in the fixed offer prices. In case of exceeding this limit, the contractor may invoice the additional costs according to the valid price list with prior notice. Change requests require written form. No liability can be accepted for changes made verbally or by telephone.

Acceptance:
Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing by a release note. If no detailed written complaint is received within 14 days after delivery of the project results, the delivered project results shall be deemed accepted and approved.

Complaints:
Any complaints must be made immediately upon receipt of the work results.

Data storage:
The data created by the contractor will be stored for a maximum of 3 months after the invoice becomes due.

Content:
By submitting source materials (texts, graphics, music, photos, videos, etc.), the client indemnifies the contractor from any liability for the content and warrants that no material will be transmitted that violates the rights of third parties.

Liability:
The contractor's liability is limited to gross negligence and the compensation for typical and foreseeable damages. However, liability and damages claims are always limited to the respective order value. The client shall indemnify the contractor against claims by third parties if the contractor has acted at the express request of the client, despite having expressed concerns regarding the admissibility of the advertising measures. If the contractor recommends a legal review of the measures to be taken by a particularly qualified person or institution, the client shall bear the costs after consultation and approval. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Contract modifications:
Amendments and supplements to this contract require written form. Should any provision of this contract be or become invalid, the validity of the contract shall not be affected thereby. Instead of the invalid provision, a provision shall be deemed agreed upon which comes as close as possible to the parties' intended meaning and purpose.
